Offices of Karim Malek, D.M.D. Practice Limited to Endodontics Endodontists are Dentists with special training in performing root canals. To become specialists, they complete 4 years of Dental School and an additional 2 or more years of advanced training in Endodontics. Dr. Malek completed his degrees at University of Pennsylvania and then University of Connecticut. He performs routine as well as difficult procedures, including surgeries. We are experienced at finding the cause of facial pain that has been difficult to diagnose. We do our best to always provide the finest of care while maintaining sound ethics and integrity.
